Shipping policy

We ship to the continental U.S.A. Shipping expense is calculated on a "per order," "per item," or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. In general, we offer free shipping for orders over $100 through United States Postal Service®.

About Shipping Time:

You can see each product's estimated shipping timing during the checkout process. When we received your order, we will dispatch your order on the same day (excluding holidays). All orders we receive on Saturday will ship on Monday. 

In general, products will be shipped out within two days after the order is received. Certain products may require additional days to process before shipping.

Tracking Information:

After receiving your order, we'll send you tracking code information via email. We have the "Track your order" page on the website homepage navigation, and You can track the order status and check the expected date of parcel delivery from this page.

If you don't receive your product for some reason, you may be eligible for a replacement product, or you can apply for a refund if you notify us within 30 days of the order.
